The product had to follow the attack.
Product development accelerated when conventional products did not address thieves cutting and drilling through thin door skins to reach factory latches and locking modules.
That drove a process of learning CAD, rapid prototyping, fitting test parts to real vehicles, refining the shape and then turning successful solutions into repeatable manufactured products.

Bringing production in house
The Eastbourne manufacturing operation grew to include CNC laser cutting, CNC press-brake forming, gasket cutting, welding and powder coating, allowing product development and manufacturing feedback to stay closely connected.
That is particularly valuable for low-volume, vehicle-specific security products where small design details can make a major difference to fitment and effectiveness.
