A trade brand with a clear purpose

V-ARMOUR was created so independent van security installers and resellers can supply specialist products designed and manufactured by Sussex Installation Team Ltd, without presenting themselves as Sussex Installations or blurring responsibility for the third party's own installation and customer service.

British manufacturing

From workshop evidence to repeatable products.

The manufacturing process grew from direct experience of attacked vans: observe the method, design a response, prototype it on the vehicle, refine the fit and then manufacture it consistently for other installers and van owners.

In-house capabilities at the Eastbourne premises include CNC laser cutting, CNC press-brake forming, gasket cutting, welding and powder coating.
