The manufacturing process grew from direct experience of attacked vans: observe the method, design a response, prototype it on the vehicle, refine the fit and then manufacture it consistently for other installers and van owners.
In-house capabilities at the Eastbourne premises include CNC laser cutting, CNC press-brake forming, gasket cutting, welding and powder coating.
